Dayspring Pens only passes on the Cross Pen Warranty. We do not directly warranty or process warranties for Cross pens, nor offer repair parts or services. All warranty claims MUST be made directly with Cross pens as detailed below.

We take personal pride in our products and your satisfaction is our primary concern. All Cross pens are unquestionably guaranteed for life. If you have a product that is in need of repair please visit the Cross repairs page for information.

Cross Writing Instruments Full Perpetual Warranty Guarantee
All Cross writing instruments and desk set pen holder mechanisms are unquestionably guaranteed against mechanical failure, regardless of age.
Any Cross product or part requiring service under this warranty will be repaired or replaced at no charge when received at our factory from the consumer (postage and insurance are the responsibility of the consumer, and shipping and handling fees may apply). Any such product that is no longer in production and cannot be repaired will be replaced by a comparable Cross product. Leads, erasers and ink refills exhausted in the course of normal use, and emblems and other customized decorations, are excluded from this warranty; also excluded are fountain pen nibs and other parts damaged from impact, unreasonable use or obvious abuse. The Cross guarantee extends our assurance of a lifetime of writing pleasure to every owner of a Cross writing instrument.
This warranty gives you the specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Warning: Pen caps can obstruct breathing. Keep out of mouth. This product in not intended for children. Applicable to stylus tips: In no event shall Cross be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind or character including, without limitation, physical damage to the surface of personal digital assistants or hand-held PCs. Some states and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Customers are advised to obtain insurance against loss or damage when shipping products to Cross. Without proof of shipment, Cross cannot replace product it does not receive.
