I really appreciated the customer service and bought the pens for several retirees with each person's name engraved on it. Unfortunately, when the pens arrived, I was a little disappointed with the quality. They're a bit small (though the weight is good), and the gold trim doesn't look as sophisticated as I had hoped. Also, strangely enough, it seemed the name engraving was too thick. It lacked the elegance I was hoping for.

Classic Styling, but a bit small for a man.
The classic style is wonderful. However, it is very slim in width and short in length - not the best for a large man. For women, it's perfect.
Service was very prompt.

I really like this pen
It is a very classic looking pen. There are a lot of fake brands that look similar. But this pen is easy to hold and a lot heavier, which I like! Love the pen and the service!

Always a classic -
I have purchased this pen before. It's my fallback item whenever I need to get a gift for someone but not sure what to get them. Black and gold are a sleek combination and the recipients seem happy when they receive it. A+
