Terms of Sale. The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "Giftpens.com" or "site"). Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions. Giftpens.com. of SC. Giftpens.com is the retail division of Dayspring Pen Shop, Irmo SC
IMPORTANT: We strive to make every engraved gift special. However, because most of our products are custom engraved, they can not be returned for a refund.
Please note these important terms of sale. All sales are subject to these terms: - Engraving directions can not be changed once the order is placed.
- Order quantities can not be reduced once the order is placed.
- Orders in production for engraving can not be canceled for refund.
- We are not responsible for customers typographical errors, or misspellings. We will engrave text as it is entered, including capitalization and lower case. In rare cases we may have to change to orders in upper lower case to all upper case when 2 lines of engraving are requested.
- Important: Blank (un-engraved) products can be returned for a refund within 20 days. However, engraved or personalized pens or other items are not returnable for refund or exchange unless found defective or if they are clearly deemed mis-engraved by us, (for example the text engraved does not match the spelling entered by you on your order.)
- If you have questions about the engraving or how it looks on a product, it your responsibility to ask before you place the order. We would be happy to help you completely understand how the engraving will look on your gift pen.
