I simply loved the pen gave it to my nephew for graduation. The pen is awesome with the engraving as will as the way the pen writes. I look forward in ordering more pens in the future

Very nice gift!
I just received my Cross pen that I ordered for my dad's promotion at work and I am impressed with the whole experience. I ordered last week and it came today but I expected to wait weeks.
Then, I opened the case and the quality of the pen and engraving was superb. Dad's name really stood out against the black background. Bravo, GiftPens.com!

Personalization does not match hardware
Personalization was colored gold, which does not match the silver hardware.
COMMENT FROM GIFTPENS: This is a great quality pen. The engraving on this pen does show brass when the laser burns off the outer coating on the pen. This is determined by the barrel color under the top coating.
