We were quite happy with the expediency and thoroughness to process our order. As of the engraving, I would think they lived up to the standard that can be expected, even though we were hoping for or expecting a higher quality engraving. I don’t think there is anything that can be done now but for the future, you might want to consider a higher quality option if available.With best wishes for the holidays,
