On AT Cross Brand Pens and Leather:
1. What does Free Pen Engraving Include? The free or standard engraving includes 1 or 2 lines in cap of the pen, up to 22 characters and spaces per line.
2. What Font Styles can I choose from? On Cross pens, you can choose from a standard block or script font. Font images are shown on product pages. We can do upper and upper /lower case.

3. How long does production take? On Cross pens, with standard engraving, the production/engraving time is 3-4 business days. Note, production time do not include shipping transit time.
5. What if I need a engraving in a second location? We can offer this, the cost is $5.50 per line, we can put this engraving on the other side of the cap.
6. What will the engraving look like? Good question. On bare metals, like the silver, chrome, and gold finishes.. laser engraving will appear tone on tone. On a coated metal pen, like Black barrel, the engraving will appear the color of the trim.
On pens that are not laser engraved, but that are deep cut engraved, we will use color fill in the engraving. If you need more information, please email us.
7. What is debossing on leather products? Debossing is when the text or logo is pressed into the product using a die. On some products the debossing can be filled in color.
On Woodmark Rosewood Pens
1. What does Free Engraving Include? The free or standard engraving includes 1 or 2 lines in cap of the pen, up to 25 characters and spaces per line. Engraving on the wood boxes that these pens come in is available for an extra cost at checkout. 3 lines 25 character will fit on the pen cases.
2. What Font Styles can I choose from? You can choose from Arial, Arial Italic, Times Roman, Times Roman Italic, or Monotype Corsiva.
3. How long does production take? Standard production is 5-6 business days, and we offer a 1 day rush production. Note, production time do not include shipping transit time.
5. What if I need a engraving in a second location? We can do it, please email us for this option. The cost is $.99/per line
6. What will the engraving look like? On the rosewood pens, the engraving appears black in color and is done by a laser engraver.

Engraving Terms Defined:
Laser engraving: Laser engraving is done by a precision beam of laser light which burns the engraving into or onto the product. It never wears off.
Deep cut engraving with color fill: Available on some of the mid to higher end Cross Brand Pens, this option is when the engraved cuts into the product, and then the engraved cut is hand filled with color for a ver classy finish. The pen is then polished for completion. The fill color is determined by the pen type. Fill colors can be requested. |
