What are your shipping and handling policies? The online shopping cart will calculate shipping and optional shipping insurance rates. Order with extra time, delivery times are met in good faith. Giftpens.com is NOT responsible for carrier delays, including weather, seasonal package volumes, and other factors can all affect actual times vs. the estimates below. Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. To understand when you shipment will arrive, you need to add the production time for engraving (which is 3-5 days on most items) plus the shipping transit times.

Will have sales Tax If you are not a resident of South Carolina. there is no sales tax applied to your order. Orders delivered to SC will be charge sales tax.
Do you offer Gift Cards or gift wrapping? You may choose to ship your order directly to your gift recipient. However we do not offer gift-enclosure cards nor gift wrap at this time. Shipments include a packing list, but no pricing with gift shipments. We do not offer gift wrapping, however all pens comes with cases, and the cases come with decorative box cover.
Gift Certificates Why not leave the decision up to the person for whom you are buying? Gift certificates in amounts starting at $50.00 can be sent to any email address of your choice. Just fill out the form.
Return Policy Custom engraved items are not returnable unless they are defective in some way. We ask that all returns be made within 14 days of delivery date. What if I need a pen repaired We do not repair pens that were purchased elsewhere. If you purchased a pen from us and it is under warranty, then see our list of vendor repair facilities to answer your questions regarding nib exchanges, repairs or warrantees. Please note that we are in the US, and do not have contact information for service centers in other countries. Warranty Information
Privacy Policy Your privacy is important to us. Your name, address, email address, phone number and credit/debit card information is collected only to process your order. This same policy applies to information you provide about someone else, such as a gift recipient.
