NOTE: custom engraved products that are not defective are NOT returnable for refund nor exchange.
We will accept the return of products for replacement that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Fulfillment mistakes resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return or replacement 30 days from the date of purchase.
NOTE: custom engraved pens that are not defective are NOT returnable for refund. (we will only replace the product for you only if it is defective and we are notified within 7 days of your receiving the product).
Un-engraved or "blank" items can be returned at purchasers expense within 30 day and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. |
